“Good”
Sushi Shin in Nishiazabu delivers a refined Edomae sushi experience with expertly prepared seasonal ingredients. The quality of the fish is top-notch, and the rice (shari) is well-balanced in texture and flavor. The atmosphere is elegant yet understated, with a strong focus on craftsmanship over sho...wmanship. Service is professional, though some diners find the interaction with the chef to be more formal than personal.

“Superb sushi”
A pure sushi omakase experience. About 10 starters including sashimi, followed by 10 pieces of sushi. Surprisingly no dessert but we were stuffed anyway. Good service and some staff spoke good english though the chef didn’t. Not the best i’ve had, but excellent enough 9/10

“Over the top sushi experience in Tokyo”
Unbelievable sushi meal in Japan, one of our favorites was the tile fish prepared with a sauce from the liver. A little sweet, mild flavor - so good! “Over rated”
We got there really excited as we entered the restaurant because we had had to wait for weeks to get a booking. It quickly felt that it is “must go” type of places if you are a foodie living or traveling in Tokyo. Sushis are as they should be for a Michelin star sushi joint - don’t get me wrong - ...but the experience is very impersonal. When spending this kind of money I want an experience, I want something I will remember and it did not happen for us. There are several sushi joints in Minato Ku where you can get such quality but with a personal touch to a unique experience

“Master of sushi”
A stellar experience in one of the temples of sushi. Great fish cuts, selected rice, great sake. A must go sushi restaurant.
