“Yes”
Nor the small size of the hamburger, nor the the french fries in small quantity, nor some strange japanese topping as pineapple can be said to this shop. They doing all right and it’s good. Of course we are talking fast food and not gastronomy. Will definitely go back there. No reservations only que...uing with writing your name at the entrance.

“Upscale burger joint —VG Minus”
Smack dab in Hiro, Homework's is a nice stop for a burger or a sandwich. It is not the best place in town but worth a try. Can get crowded. Service is good. A nice place to hangout in Hiro

“Nice experience... we will return.”
Our son who lives in Tokyo and love this place so we went. The hamburger was delicious, tasted like they were handmade patty’s. Unlike many fast food burgers which are greasy and tasteless, this flavorful, moist and done perfectly. Bun was warm and delicious. We definitely intend to return. We ...saw a tuna salad that looked delicious, may try that next time.

“Disappointed”
We have always tried to eat one meal here during our annual visits to Tokyo. Though the restaurant’s cuisine is Western-style with an emphasis on burgers, that is not the sole reason for returning, as we enjoy Japanese food. This cozy, casual place became one of our favorite stops when we lived for ...a few months in the embassy area, where it is located, many years ago. We enjoyed the upbeat, attentive staff; the global clientele; the small menu, with tasty offerings: and the changing street scene that we could easily view through big windows on two walls. On our most recent visit for lunch, everything seemed the same until the menus arrived. Many more sandwiches had been added, which I liked because of the wider choice for those, like me, who do not eat burgers. I ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich on toasted whole-wheat bread and my husband chose a teriyaki chicken sandwich. He liked his far more than I liked mine, perhaps because his was not drowning in a spread that resembled tartar sauce. Mounds of iceberg lettuce helped to camouflage my minuscule piece of chicken. I had also ordered fried onion rings, remembering the yummy, lightly battered ones I had eaten here before. This order featured a heavy, crunchy, almost-burnt batter that totally obscured any taste of onion. We have now eliminated Homework’s from one of our “go to” eateries in Tokyo. It no longer measures up to places much closer to where we now stay.

“Great Hamburgers and Sandwiches”
The hamburgers were good quality ground, lean beef and delicious. The chicken sandwiches were also great: tender, lean meat. French fries were fresh. The hamburger buns were fresh with a choice of whole wheat or white. Soft drinks had free refills. It got quite busy during lunch hour so it is b...est to go early.
