“Very poor grade of beef ”

A disappointing experience having lunch at Good Meat. The beef had a large portion of inedible tendons. Despite a prolonged chew, the tendon won and i had to gently get it out of mouth. The beef is served raw but the cast iron skillet did not have enough residual heat to cook the sliced beef suffi...ciently If you are a super Rare guy this may be for you.
