“TripAdvisor will know it”
I promised it. I told the waiter I was gonna let the world know about a typical Japanese tradition I don't share; you get a small plate with sea grass and stufff with the beer you order, in our case we didn't even touch it... kind of disgusting but in the end there is a big surprise because it is wo...rth around 5€... that's the worst part of this restaurant. Leaving that on a side I'd consider this place as a quite nice one.

“Nah! Not worth our time!”
Since we were unsure which yakitori place to visit and this was the closest, we went in. There was a guy downstairs inviting ppl to go up. Food was okay, price seemed reasonable at first. That's because no one told us there's a Y490/person covercharge! They said it was for the appetizer we never ord...ered which was pretty much 5 pieces of chopped up vege! And on top of the total bill there was a 10% service charge! If they charged either the service charge or cover charge I would've been "whatever"... But since they charged both I was pretty damn disgusted. By the way, i have a suspicion the joint is owned by chinese. Most of the workers spoke chinese. Don't go and find something better if you're after a decent experience/class.

“Fast and delicious”
Stumbled upon this gem after spending time walking among the bright lights of Shibuya. Really popular with individual nooks with a privacy curtain. Had Yakitori and Karage and deep fried tofu. Quite filling for two and only cost 2000 yen. The service was excellent and some of the staff could communi...cate in English which helped as we can't speak Japanese. There was an english menu as well to help tourists. Food packed with flavour - a must visit when in Shibuya.

“Worth a visit for Japanese food and sake”
When I asked my friend who lives in Japan, 'Do you know any good restaurants in Shibuya?', I was introduced to this place. It's close enough to the station that you can actually see the station from the restaurant! We enjoyed the 4000 yen per person All You Can Eat & Drink course. I found out they s...pend 10 hours preparing the nabe dishes - crazy! I would recommend the fresh fish dishes and their yakitori! Also, you can get the yakitori To Go, meaning we were able to enjoy the delicious taste of Japan in our hotel room as well! But the best part is, when you take the receipt of your To Go order the next time you go, they'll serve you yakitori free of charge! I took my friends who were traveling around Japan to this place right away! Not only is it inexpensive and close to the station, there's English-speaking staff, making it quite rare and a hidden gem of a restaurant in Tokyo!
