“Best crab risotto I ever had..”
On the way to Daikanyama from Cerulean Hotel, there's this restaurant, always seems quite empty (apparently popular for wedding reception on weekends). This is my 3rd visits as Coujorl was full, and wasn't dissarpointed to come to our 2nd choice. 4 of us orderd Crab and Avocado rizotto - slightly o...n a creamy (as they used 'cream' in it) but with zesty lime, scattered dills and slightly peppery herbs worked really well with this creamy comforting dish. It's so excellent. The only annoying thing is that you'll get immediately charged for 500 yen per person for their bread which comes with homemade hummus - which are hoot from the oven and great , but you'll feel full upquickly afer eating 3 kinds of bread. Their sparking Portugeese white brut was so refreshing and nice - it was just slighlty on a fruity side (but not as sweet as procescco). On a different visit, my partner ordered "fish and chips" with carrot leave dip - really delicous and presentation of all the food I ate / my friends ordered looked stunning and unique. The pot roasted cheek of beef in balsamic vinegar with mashed potatoe was a bit too rich for us - maybe we'd liked it in high winter season than a 25 degrees October night. Price was around 5000+ including 4-5 drinks, 1 starter to share, 2 mains and 1 dessert to share and 500 yen breads per person. Service was a little bit inconsistant though (depending on the waiter), but I still recoomend this restaurant to anyone.
