Tsukijisushikoh Shimbashi

Reliable good quality food each visit at a reasonable price. service is good and there's english menu. In addition, the chef at the sushi counter was helpful to us who are non-japanese speakers. safe choice :)

Happened to go here by chance - there are over 50 other food joints in the area - looked reasonably crowded. First visit the food tasted good and fresh. The people serving and eating seemed nice and professional. Next visit had some Saki and a wider range of sushi/sashimi items. It is easy to get lo...st finding the place since there are 2-3 similarly named restaurants in the area - had to stop at a police station near Shimbashi to find the place! Take a picture of the place so you can find it easily or someone can assist you.

Food quality is high; the sushi is fresh owing to the restaurant's proximity to Tsukiji fish market. Watching the itamae-man slice tender cuts of fish and seafood enhances the dining experience. The restaurant is tidy and unpretentious; the service informed and unobstrusive. The best part is that me...als in this place are affordable. Tip: Order the five kinds of tuna sashimi.

Sit at the bar, order omakase. So good, fresh, amazing! Enjoy:) best sushi we've had in Japan. Staff does not speak english, but is very willing to help.

Very crowded and popular weeknight sushi restaurant near Shimbashi station. Service was fast and friendly. Started with an omakase to see what the chef thought was good, then continued ordering other items I enjoy. Filled my belly for not much money. Bar seats about 20, and there are several booths ...for larger groups of friends. The area immediately around the restaurant is jam packed with small restaurants and bars. As a westerner, it's quite interesting and fun. Just go with an open mind and you'll see how Japanese businessmen eat and let loose after work.
