“Japanese fusion, but not in a good way.”
Just not very “Italian”. Maybe seen the video of what it looks like, but didn’t read the recipe. Wine list was good and staff were lovely.

“Delicious Italian!!”
Wonderful, cozy Italian restaurant! Just moments from the train station. Excellent service & the food was truly excellent. We had the risotto, grilled beef & the set menu (6500 Yen) which included 3 appetizers, a pasta course, a main dish (beef or fish), dessert, and espresso/coffee/cappuccino...suc...h a great value especially considering the quality of the food. They also paired our meal with an excellent bottle of wine. Highly recommend this place, make reservations though it is a small space.

“If you like food, you will like Da Olmo”
I have been twice to Da Olmo. This is a fantastic Italian place. The chef's menu is delectable and, for a one Michelin star restaurant, affordable. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service attentive. The dishes are precisely executed but also imaginative. I remember a pasta bolognese with shredded (n...ot ground) beef that made me come back for lunch. And this is the last surprise. The set lunch menu is cheap and still delicious. A wonderful salad and a pasta dish plus coffee for not much more than what you would pay in a run-of-the-mill ramen place. Strongly recommended for foodies.
