What a nice surprise! A small family run restaurant. Their seasonal 4-course menu features extremely subtle combinations of home grown vegetables from grandma on Sado island, solid sashimi and an again beautifully tastebud-teasing desert – all for an absolutely reasonable price. “Greal Little Place”
Two small rooms, family run place serving 'food from the Southern Island'. Set meal only with clear instructions how to eat, Vegetables grown by Owner's Mother on the Souther Island. Closest you can get to home cooking in Tokyo as a tourist.

“Great Japanese food and great staff”
This is a great restaurant serving superb Japanese cuisine and fine fresh food and garden grown vegetables. Decor is great and has a nice Japanese feel to dining there. Staff were superb in service and explaining food. For fresh seafood it is a good value restaurant. It is in a nice location and qui...et street as you walk out of Ueno park into the picturesque district of Yanaka with its traditional Japanese wooden houses. Restaurant is next to Pepe Le Moko cafe and across road from Cafe des Arts.
