“Simply delicious”
Simple, tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and attentive service, and great value for Tokyo. What more could you want? I'm already looking forward to my return visit in February!

“Friendly and relaxing”
I had been invited to the restaurant by one of the owners while chatting on the Internet. Up a side street in a fairly upmarket area of Chuo on a wet day it was a place I nearly missed, but that was down to my being lost. A common situation for me when on holiday in Japan. The restaurant is fresh l...ooking and bright, the air full of the scent of cooking. There was jazz playing over the PA, which added to the atmosphere. I ordered an omelet rice (omerice) which was very tasty. As usual with Japanese eateries you get little side dishes and a cup of miso soup, which was just right. Not too salty. The staff are friendly and my friend took time out to chat to me, even as she prepared the pork(?) for the lunchtime rush. Prices are excellent for what you get: an example is a hamburger in a demiglas(?) sauce, poached egg, shredded veg and pasta... all for a reasonable ¥1,150. I can't recommend Soyoichi enough. It really is one of the best restaurants I have has the pleasure of dining in.

“Place to go for good cutlet”
My friend in Tokyo take me here when we want good Japanese fried food. Japanese fried food is type of cutlet using Japanese panko on the out side. Japanese panko, bread crumbs are larger and moist compared to western bread crumbs. This restaurant has Beef cutlet in its name. But other fries are a...lso very good. I was there during lunch time. Had to wait for about 5 minutes to be seated but its worth the wait. Three ladies work in the counter during the busy lunch hours. I would recommend this restaurant to fan of fried foods.
