"Miso-dare Sukiyaki" with a secret miso-dare that has been inherited since its inception, is a special menu selection unique to our restaurant. You can enjoy the exquisite marriage of meat and miso-dare because the temperature at which the miso-dare begins to boil and Yonezawa beef's fat begins to melt is almost the same.
