Fuiorenteina

Checked in late to the hotel and went to Fiorentina for a quick dinner. My wife ordered a prosciutto e rucola pizza and I had a tomato soup and roasted chicken. High expectations with this Italian restaurant but ended up with huge disappointment. Pizza was not crisp and soggy and both our main was ...salty that we could only finish half of it - and the server didn’t even dare to ask what went wrong and took the plate away when we signed for the bill! Dumbfounded with this Grand Hyatt hospitality. Not to mention no one ever come to refill our water!

I bought christmas cake as take out. It was delicious but not special. The fruits themselves are good and the tart was not bad.

Had a lunch here on our last day in Tokyo. A nice menu with something for everyone. Fast and efficient service and this just simply worked.

I had lunch with my wife at Fiorentina on the first floor of Grand Hyatt Tokyo. I had Fiorentina Cheese Burger, which is one of 27 entries of Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2017. My wife had a Pasta Lunch (soup, pasta, and tea or coffee). They are both expensive. In particular, the burger was 2,...857 JPY and I never had a burger this expensive. They did 220g beef patty right and put together a definitely Italian burger with mozzarella cheese and fresh tomato.

After descending from Mount Fuji, we were tired and hungry. Had a lovely snack at Fiorentina and it hit the spot. Open all day, the food is extremely authentic and the service exceptional. Would recommend this restaurant for great food and service. The pizzas and pastas are to die for ..
