しっかりとした魚の仕入れルートを持っているお店のようで、魚が実に美味しい。 キャラクターの濃いオーナー、はじめさんと、一見強面に見えるドレッドヘアの男性が店を切り盛りしているようだ。しかし、話をしてみると、二人とも気さくで面白い人物。 立ち飲み居酒屋スタイルなので、子供連れファミリーは正直、厳しい。 両名とも英語が話せないので、英語オンリーの旅行客も店側の対応が厳しいと思う。 生ビールはキリンのキリンブラウマイスター。しっかり太めの濃い味ビールだが、魚料理も旨いので互いに全く引けを取らない。いい感じ。 グランドメニューに日本酒もあるが、冷ケースに3本ほど隠し酒的なものがある。 値段は覚...えていないが、そちらの酒の方がおいしいかもしれない。 ・はまぐりの酒蒸しGood! ・いかニンジンGood! ・鯵の南蛮漬けGood! ・なんといってもおまかせの刺身盛りが鮮度もボリュームも良くWonderfulである。 店内には店オリジンナルの醤油(鹿児島産)が用意されている。鹿児島の醤油は甘めで化学調味料も入っているので個人的にNGかと思ったが、食べてみると刺身によく合う。店主の底知れぬ実力を垣間見る。鹿児島出身ですかと聞くと埼玉出身といっていた… It seems like the restaurant has a reliable fish procurement route, and the fish is really delicious. Hajime-san, the owner with a strong personality, and a man with dreadlocks who look tough at first glance seem to be running the shop. However, when I talked to them, I found that they were both friendly and interesting people. Honestly, it's tough for families with children because it's a standing bar style bar. Since neither of them can speak English, I think the store's response to English-only tourists is difficult. The draft beer is Kirin's Kirin Braumeister. It's a thick, dark-flavored beer, but the fish dishes are also delicious, so it's on par with the other. Good vibes. There is sake on the grand menu, but there are about three bottles hidden in the cold case.I don't remember the price, but the sake there might be better. ・Steamed clams with sake Good! ・Squid carrot Good! ・Good pickled horse mackerel in Nanban! ・The best part is that the sashimi platter you choose is fresh, voluminous, and wonderful. The store has the store's original soy sauce (produced in Kagoshima). Kagoshima soy sauce is sweet and contains chemical seasonings, so I personally thought it was a no-no, but when I tried it, it went well with sashimi.
