Arabian Restaurant Zenobia

I went to this restaurant with high hopes, given the relatively high google score of 4.4. If you are not going to read any further then I will summarize my review now by saying the food is decent and it’s worth a try. However, having said that and having lived in the middle east and eaten good Leba...nese/Arab food all over the world so perhaps I am bit more critical. The good: the bread, the shish taok (ordered but no pictured); the mediocre: the hummas and babaganoush, and the warak enab. The service is also lackluster, the restaurant was not busy but after the initial order trying to get our waiter’s attention was a bit like trying to get the attention of your high school crush – unaware and uninterested. The atmosphere is quirky but does feel like you have ben transported to a place far from Japan. I would go back, but I would probably be a little more selective about what I order.

Visisted with friends for lunch, had the kebab plate which came with a salad, hummus, bread, rice, kebabs and a drink. Food was delicious and portions were adequate for JPY1300 lunch set. Having had just come back from Lebanon, I can honestly say the food was on par with autentic middle eastern cus...ine.

In Hiroo. The priced are ok. The food was great and you should order different dishes to try the most if them. The bathroom was clean. Different types of beers
