“Very slow service”

We stopped in for coffee and cake during a shopping session. The three of us were quickly seated and gave our order. Then we waited at least 25 minutes, seeing customers who arrived after us get served. It became obvious we had been forgotten about. If it had gone on another five minutes I would hav...e walked out. The place wasn't busy. We got the attention of a waiter and complained. Our order was brought a few minutes later. If tipping was a custom on Japan I wouldn't have on this occasion.
