“No vegetarian friendly restaurant”
Udon is great but this restaurant doesn't offer a vegetarian choice. The every dish contains dashi and in rice is always fish. I don't know how this restaurant has a vegetarian friendly tag. We ate at least the udon with dashi soup, which was amazing :)

“Delicious artisan noodles”
This was such a great find! I checked Tripadvisor on the way to Kamakura for Michelin star restaurants and although I don’t think this currently has one, it should, keeping mind some of the other starred ramen places in Japan. Beautifully cooked Udon and a wonderful experience right at the counter.... The prices were also cheap (two meals for around £20) and there were English menus. Keep in mind though it is cash only.

“Excellent Udon”
Found this place after a rainy day in Kamakura, literally a big sparkle out of nowhere, excellent food and service with a great and relaxing atmosphere. Must eat when you are around this small city.

“Delicious Food ”
I visited this place during my solo travel in kamakura. Food was very delicious. Staff speaks little English but they understood me when I mentioned I am vegetarian ( and only eat fish though) Portions are big, prices is good and service is excellent! Good for solo travelers who don't wanna sit alo...ne on a table since it's a small place with a shared counter.

“Excellent Udon”
We did not have to queue for long. Udon and tempura were really good. Portions were huge! Should have shared.
