This place gives me the same feeling that I get when I date a girl that's way too good for me, but she doesn't realize it. I feel like a lucky guy and I hope she doesn't realize I'm actually kinda a loser. I walk in, and it's a "I hope they don't realize I'm not as cool as them." This place is so co...ol it could teach hipsters how to be hipsters in a hipster workshop, without being ironic. Or maybe I just had a really good drink with good people here and my opinion is skewed. Really though, it's one of those spots you wont hit, generally, unless you've lived in Japan for a long time, or you know someone. Fortunately, I was the latter. The snacks are great and the drinks are top notch. I went here with two of the coolest cats I've ever met and the completed trifecta of food, drink, and company left an amazing aftertaste. Add that it was kind of hard to find and a rainy day in Tokyo and this could have been in a pretty artsy movie.
