“If you want to try very casual Japanese udon noodles, this is the place!”
This is a very popular lunch place for business people, and for family in the weekend. Unfortunately this place is closed during the weekend as it is in the center of business district. Nevertheless, if you want to try very local, quite casual and unbelievably cheap (price, not taste!) japanese udo...n noodles, this is the place to go. The taste is fabulous & great. It's a bit complicated to get an order. There is no English signs, as far as i saw. Still, not complicated. Just follow the cue as there is always a cue. There are photos of different types of noodle dishes. You just choose one, tell the staff in the cue by pointing the photo. You can choose rice, tempura and others which are on the counter. And at the end of the counter, you pay the bill. For the first timer, it may not be clear. Just follow what other Japanese are doing there. And you can get the truly local and fabulously tasty udon noodle there! Those who are fed up with fancy, pageant and expensive japanese food. go there! :)
