Good selection of dishes (chalkboard has the day's specials). Excellent bread with high quality olive oil for dipping. Tasty lunch set (around 1400 yen) includes choice of pasta & pizza (half & half ok) so for 2 people we had one of each and they were very accommodating with extra plates. Everytime ...we went the appetizers were pleasantly different. Menu in Japanese but good photos.. Can see the glass wine cellar from the main dining room. Sometimes they sell local produce like purple carrots, beets, new kinds of greens. Additional parking around back. A little difficult to get back on the main road so might try a side street when leaving.
