I give 1star is because there is no option to give no start, DO NOT GO TO This restaurant! Staff are extremely rude, manager only says OK when complain received, no apology or anything. My 9 year old son was trying to place an order, the waitress was yelling at him loudly “no”, I ordered Fish belly,... on the display picture there are small rectangle pieces, they delivered the most fat long pieces to me, a whole plate! And told me if I don’t finish I will be charged. My son ordered a plate of French fries, they delivered a full plate, of course he is not interested in other food, he can’t eat even finish 1 item, and of course, you will get charged again. I have pictures for evidence. I was trying to speak to the staff, she is super rude, and ask me to pay penalty, we end up only had few sushi’s cost we lost the appetite, I asked to speak to the manager and all he said is ok, no action no apology, no care of customer service or feedback, left in hurry.2 adults and 1 child we paid over 11000 yen, this is the review for address Chiyoda location, but I need to share with everybody how bad the experience will be if you go there, 星1つにしたのは、始めないという選択肢がないからです。このレストランには絶対に行かないでください！スタッフは非常に失礼で、マネージャーは苦情を受けてもOKと言うだけで、謝罪も何もありません。9歳の息子が注文しようとしたところ、ウェイトレスが大声で「ダメ」と怒鳴りました。私は魚のバラ肉を注文しましたが、ディスプレイの写真では小さな長方形のピースが載っていましたが、一番太くて長いピースが皿いっぱいに運ばれてきました！そして、食べきらなかったら料金を請求されると言いました。息子はフライドポテトを注文し、皿いっぱいに運ばれてきましたが、もちろん他の食べ物には興味がなく、1品も食べきれず、もちろん再度料金を請求されます。証拠の写真があります。スタッフと話そうとしたのですが、とても失礼な対応で、罰金を払うように言われ、結局寿司を数個しか食べられず、食欲も失せてしまいました。マネージャーと話をしたいと頼んだのですが、マネージャーは「大丈夫」としか言いませんでした。何の対応も謝罪もなく、カスタマーサービスやフィードバックも気にせず、急いで立ち去りました。大人2人と子供1人で11000円以上支払いました。これは千代田店のレビューですが、もしあなたがそこに行ったらどれほどひどい経験になるかを皆さんと共有する必要があります。

Four of us and two friends like Japanese sushi very much, and this sushi restaurant happened to be near our hotel! Just go and try it! They greeted us to sit down and then ignored us! I use the computer to place an order! Then the sushi arrived And we urged them to bring four cups of tea! Then... we saw that the color of the sushi that was put down was very strange and dry, and we knew it was not fresh at a glance! No Wasabi in the plate! He got impatient and brought some Wasabi for us! Then the sea urchin color of our other order is also very stale! We also ordered two! I didn't like to give people bad reviews, but this time I really want to remind people who want to taste this store don’t try !

The selection of seafood is awesome. So many types of tuna fishes, and other fishes. Not to mention the varities of deep sea shellfish. And all are fresh, some were alive before they serve it to you. If you love sashimi or sushi, you must visit here. You order the food and drinks through a tablet, a...nd within a short time your order will be served. They also have a All You Can Eat menu for the big eaters but, can't be shared. You can choose AYCE either 60 dishes or 100 dishes but if money is no concern, I would suggest ala carte since the AYCE is somewhat limited in choices of dishes.

Excellent quality as most sushi places in Japan are ofcourse - but not only do you get it as good as at the top notch places but also at a price which is really affordable.
