“Best Chinese food in Japan IMHO”
The place is rather kitschy and not the cleanest but the food more than makes up for that. The tantanmen is spicy and tasty, with chewy, fat noodles with a lot of bite. The fried rice is good enough to eat on its own, and the cashew chicken is gorgeous. However, if you go to Hyakkotei and not order ...the sweet and sour pork balls (suu-buta), you are missing out on something great! Tender pork deep fried until the outside is crisp, then smothered in a delectable blanket of sweet and sour sauce made of black vinegar (there are two kinds, the other one is the usual red sauce sweet and sour pork). It is truly unforgettable. Best of all, everything is reasonably priced!

“Best Chinese food around”
The chahan here is fantastic. Always a great place to have our chinese food fix, and everytime we go, it has always been busy.

“Delicious chinese food at a reasonable price”
I like the food here, the service is normal but I personally don't care about this part. My recommendation "Zu-buta".
