“Adequate food but greedy practice”
It is a basic hotel Chinese restaurant with adequate food and service. However, there are better ones in the hotels near by. The biggest problem about this restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Tokyo is that the hotel tries to trick people into leaving the TIP. As anyone knows, TIP is not a norm and... not practiced in Japan. However, when you charge your meal to the room, you will see a TIP line to fill in. This is deceiving and most westerners will fall for this and leave a tip. It is the ''Let's take what we can attitude' that really upsets me. In all the 1000's of dinning that I have done in Japan, this is the only place where I have ever seen such. On top of this they are charging you a service charge to start. This is almost criminal. I would avoid for that reason.

“Try a set of "Chinese traditional Shaoxing wine"”
It is not easy to enjoy a good Chinese food when you are alone. But this restaurant, I feel quite comfortable having dinner alone. The service is good and very attentive. I used this restaurant a few times during my stay. I had Dim Sum two times, also tried a summer Chinese noodle dish which is serv...ed cold. The best thing to drink with the food is a set of Chinese traditional wine. The set comes with three different Chinese traditional wines. Try them if you have a chance to visit this restaurant.
