Tonkatsu Kagurazaka Sakura Main store

Best tonkatsu I've ever had, with a wonderfully nice staff who don't speak much english but are very kind. I'd eagerly go again.

Ate here while staying in Kagurazaka. The reviews were good so we had high expectations and they did not disappoint. Arrived on a Sunday at 11:30am and was promptly seated. They have few options for tonkatsu and I ordered one of the special ones. Each bite was juicy and delicious and the panko wa...s light and fluffy. All the accompaniments such as the rice, miso soup, and cabbage paired perfectly with the meal. Those 3 things are all you can eat as well. There were 2 sauces that came on the table, one was sweeter and the other a bit spicier, and both were very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a tonkatsu craving.

We just wondered around and popped into this place and it was one of the best choice in Tokyo. The katsu was deliciois and all the side dishes were simply amazing. Its a great family choice as well.
