Alvino 

My husband and I stumbled upon Alvino while wandering around the area. While we don’t speak Japanese, the staff were amazing at playing charades with us. One server even went to the extent of texting a friend of hers to translate something! While we planned to just have a drink, we ended up stayin...g for several glasses of wine and a full dinner. I’m vegetarian and couldn’t understand the menu. I had a card stating my dietary requirements and the chef went out of his way to make a special dish for me. The food was some of the best Italian we’ve had - and we’ve had a lot, all around the world! The wines were delicious and the by the glass variety was substantial. This place is a gem of a find. If you’re in the area (or even if you have to train to it), check it out!
