My fillet katsu had enough size and my wife’s kimu-katsu (their signature katsu) with black pepper was perfectly juicy but not too fatty. I found this for the first time that katsu was better with salt, as the fry itself has good flavour. We liked their service as well. Their rice oke service look...s fine and foreign guests may like it. I didn’t like their dreasing on the cabagges so I put sauce for katsu on it ans it was fine.

Instead of the normal fillet cut of pork you find at traditional tonkatsu restaurants this is thinly sliced pork in a Mille Feulle style. Panko covering is grease free, unlimited rice and cabbage accompaniments. Meat was tender and juicy with flavorful coating... A VERY good choice that was recommen...ded by our hotel. Semi-private booths offer very comfortable seating and a semi-private dining experience. Soft jazz music in the background. English "instructions" and picture menu makes it easy for non-Japanese speakers. The restaurant is located a short distance from Ebisu JR station/Hibiya Metro and downhill from the Westin Ebisu Hotel

Food is great, I recommend the yuzu katsu but it's a little pricey. In that case go for the cheese option!

Ordered the cheese multi layered pork cutlet, very delicious, crispy outside and tender inside, staff is polite as well, really good overall!
