“Sushi with raw meat”
We took our chance to try this place when we were wondering in the area. I’m not really into meat, so I only ordered a drink. But my dining partner tried sushi with horse meat and beef and said the meat was tender and delicious. The restaurant specializes in horse, beef, duck and other raw meat.... Not a good choice for vegetarians but if you are a meat lover, then it’s worth a try. The price was quite reasonable as well. We paid about 3500 yens for three sets of sushi, deep dried chicken and two soft drinks.

“Took me by surprise - amazing”
I just wanted to get a quick dinner and by surprise I ended up queuing for a table. I am not a fan of raw meat at all that's why I thought let's give it a go and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the roasted beef sushi and the meat was so soft and juice really delicious!

“Looking for a little hideaway...”
Quite tricky to find but opposite the very good ramen restaurant called afuri you'll see a see through small double door... Enter...great place loads of atmosphere... Inside are loads of places to eat including nikuzushi, I went with what can only be described as a safe tactic and queued in the lon...gest queue with the most Japanese people in it... Turns out this is the horsemeat bar.. When in Rome! I had the basic horsemeat and duck sushi, horsemeat tartare and a minced pork deep friend goodness. I'd never had horsemeat before but it's just like lean beef...duck sushi was great...English menu and also staff with broken English... Under £20 - probably expensive in the sense that I'm sure elsewhere you could get it cheaper but a great little vibe and place worth visiting....

it's a small crowded sushi bar. they serve row horse, raw beef, chicken sushi instead of serving tuna, mackerel, eel, etc... it's one of the best place you can eat new wave sushi~~~
