“Good but did not dazzle”
It was not easy to find. In fact it is on 8/F of building next to Prada. The first disappointment was not being able to sit at the bar but relegated to a private room. Service team made all attempts to explain items in English. There was an English menu and quite a few non-Japanese customers. Th...e menu was mainly sushi. While all was good, it didn’t compare to other restaurants we dined in Tokyo in terms of warmth, ambiance and food presentation. It was good and not much can be faulted. Just was not dazzling.

“Best experience I have had in Tokyo”
Expect a unique dinner with an Itamae that will keep you entertained with some of the most luxurious foods in Japan. Our dinner lasted over 3 hours but felt like only 30 minutes and the highlight was the 4 unique uni dish, nodoguro, and other surprises along the way. Highly recommended and will visi...t every time I am in Ginza. This place is new and needs more reviews I can’t explain how great this was.

“Sushi genuine at its best”
If you are in Tokyo and you want a great experience this is a must do. The staff are attentive, the chef inventive and left to his own devices will serve you a phenomenal multi course sushi meal that in our case he paired with a selection of sake that included hot, cold, sparkling, sweet, dry and mo...st impressively seasonal. Stand outs? It’s hard to pick but the sea urchin course with 3 varieties of sea urchin, the abalone, the flight of welk baby squid etc were all outstanding. The attention to detail is married with an informality that involves you in the entire performance for that is what it is. Seriously if you like sushi....and you are in Tokyo GO
