Our son travels to Japan frequently for business and Sekai No Yamachan is his favorite franchised restaurant in Japan. So we decided we needed to find out what all the hype was about. We had a good experience, but I can't say it was my favorite thing ever. The wings are prepared with a pepper coati...ng that is quite unique. You are able to specify the level of "pepperiness" you want. We didn't go crazy on the level and found the flavor to be interesting. I was satisfied after having just a few wings. The cabbage on the other hand, I found to be excellent. And the crunchy vegetable was a nice combination with the meaty wings. The gyozas were also a nice complement to the meal. The service was good and the menu was pretty extensive for a "wing joint." I liked it, but I couldn't eat here every night like my son does. 😊

If you are a chicken wing addict and have been craving for some of the best chicken wings that Japan has to offer, we'll say no more because Yamachan is the place to visit and enjoy with family or friends. I have had the best chicken wings there and I have yet to compare any other experience where ...I found chicken wings as addicting as the ones they sell there. I would recommend to all ages.

Had enjoyed chicken wings multiple times in yamachan with chilled shochu mixed with hoppi. Zokkon cabbage is interesting salad like to eat with chicken. Tried few more options and found tasty. Service is good and friendly staff. Average food and drink cost around 5000 jpy/ person. Do eat dekitate... tebasaki (hot fresh chicken wings)
