“Lame service”
Attempted to visit for drinks. Before ordering I went to the washroom. Was literally chased into the washroom and wasn’t permitted to even take a leak. Seriously!?! You couldn’t even wait to see if I was going to order after using the toilet. Poor choices have just cost you a lot of repeat business... seeing that I live in Japan and visit Shibuya often. Am now literally across the street having a nice Macallan on the rocks. Good luck with your business approach.

“Craft beer small selection.”
We came just for the beer, based on walking buy and the signs outside. They had 3 craft beers of their own on draft and we enjoyed those while daughter had a ginger ale. We didn’t have the food but many around us were eating

“Best fried chicken ”
Awesome fried chicken... all food was unreal! Icey cold asahi. Great staff... great to be able to watch the chef cooking. Highly reccomend.

“Favourite Bar in Tokyo”
Just the most pleasant place to relax with a good drink and quality food. We spent two evenings in the Highball Bar while in Tokyo and we had a brilliant time. Over the two evenings the only other non Japanese drinking and eating here was two Norwegian Chefs. The bar is spotless, the open plan kitch...en at the other side of the bar immaculate. There prices are reasonable considering how expensive Tokyo can be and the vibe is super chilled and welcoming. Businessmen, businesswoman sharply dressed suited and booted customers would arrive looking for a seat to be left disappointed. Bar opens at around 4pm. Get in before 6 to have best chance of a seat or later on in the evening when there’s not so much food being served. Try the Highball, there moorish to say the least.
