“Disgusting food! CRAP MEAT!”
My husband and I went there for a dinner. We paid the 4990yen all you can eat course. Basically, Im always in Japan and this is the only time I got frustrated with the food. The quality of the meat is so poor. All the meat photos here in tripadvisor is not existing in the restaurant. They couldn’t p...rovide those marbled meats. Im sure this is not a Japanese restaurant and definitely not owned by Japanese because they won’t sell this quality of meats. And by the way, there was no Japanese staff here, all of them are chinese who can speak Japanese. I was in Japan but definitely felt like I was in China.

“Worst service in japan (VERY BAD SERVICE) The face of the waiters make you lose appetite.”
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I dont think this is a japanese owned restaurant... they can only speak chinese and jap. The lady was so rude, even when my wife started to speak chinese to her she just walk away few times. Her face We told her we want the 4900 YEN(there was 2900, 3900 and 5900 set) all you c...an eat because thats where the Tongue is available. Then she walked away and started to give us 2 dishes of kimchi and vegetables and 1 plate of mixed meat and when we asked for the Tongue she just walked away. Nb: this is not the first time we had all you can eat yakiniku in japan , so we know the standard. We noticed the table behind us had difficulty of trying to order more, the waiters keep ignoring them. Thats when we realized we had to leave. They didnt even turned on the fire. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS NO 1 RIP OFF RESTAURANT. ITS A SHAME THAT A TOURIST HAVE TO EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE LIKE THIS IN JAPAN.... NOTE: ITS SHOULD NOTE ITS A CHINESE RESTAURANT BEWARE OF THE SERVICE.

“Waste of time and money”
I think that "All you can eat" means something else in Japan than in Europe. Also because of language barrier and the staff not willing to meet us in the middle, a lot of misunderstandings happend which completely spoiled the dining experience. Such a disappointment. Not recommending this place.

“Poor quality and service”
Communication: Staff can only speak Japanese or mandarin. They don't understand simple English key words like "yes","no","meat","vegetables","drink"...etc. Service: Since we couldn't communicate, the expression on the face of the staff member turned frustrated. While I understand that this may be n...ormal due to the language barrier, we have had better service at other restaurants where we experienced the same barrier. Food Quality: This is an all you can eat Japanese BBQ establishment. There are 4 tiers/packages, ranging from low to high quality. We got the 2nd best tier, which was indicated to include certain Wagyu cuts. However, upon receiving the meat, it was dark red (as oppose to bright red, as it normally should be) and barely marbled with fat. The texture was extremely tough regardless of whether it was cooked medium rare, medium or well done (we tried different ways of cooking hoping to yield different results). The only upside is that I suppose it tasted like beef. Menu: The 2nd tier package promised 80 items as part of the menu. However, if one were to count the items on the item, there was only one third the amount. And if one were to inquire, well we don't know due to the language barrier. Conclusion: We had a terrible experience. We've been to other all you can eat Japanese bbq's and had no problem with communication, service or quality of food. We were hoping to try another location, but regretted it as soon as the food arrived. I recognize it may largely be due to the language barrier. But food is food. The quality of meat speaks for itself. Overall, highly not recommended to visit this place mainly due to their meats quality not because of language barrier.

“BEWARE - DISHONEST”
Just dined here with my husband and we left feeling like we were extremely misled. In order to get us in the door, the lady owner was nice and told us to select a free drink to go with our all you can eat option. We asked if sake was an option and she said no, just beer or a non alcoholic beverage s...o we went with a beer each. She brought out a "sample" platter of the first row of listed meats which I think is actually a gimmick to get you full off of the not so good stuff. Anyway, I ordered more of the good meat and was shocked to see the difference of the first kind and the second kind being so completely different! Since I'm a bit of a foodie I take pics of everything so I showed her a pic of the previous meat and asked her nicely if she could bring that same one out and she did. The difference is visibly noticeable as well as taste. See pics for yourself! Anyway, long story short when the bill came she ended up charging us for our beers and when I asked her about it she said she never said it was free. What?! Talk about dishonest practice. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. There are so many yakiniku spots within minutes of this to choose from!!! We were sorely dissaponted in both quality and most of all the dishonest service.
