Ichiro

Convenient for lunch if you want to spend the whole day shopping in Ginza, It doesn't take much time and is easy to eat. The shop is located underground so it may be difficult to find at first, but as soon as you go down the stairs you'll find a cozy shop with counter seats, and the smiling face of ...the owner-chef. My favorite is the "Soy sauce ramen", which is very simple and delicious. "Shijimi ramen" at this shop has been featured on television and is very popular. Shijimi is a type of freshwater clam and known to have high levels of ornithine, a substance effective in relieving fatigue and hangover. The owner-chef, Mr Ichiro, is a kind person who used to live in San Diego in the US and can speak English.
