“One of the best Japanese cuisine”
I’ve visited the place on multiple occasions and they’ve always surpassed my expectation. Beer is good, sake is good and food is exceptional. Although I’ve never tasted wine because I don’t drink them, I’d imagine they would have decent wines as well If you are ever around Kamakura pay a visit to t...he place. Here’s rather easy to book considering the quality they offer. Better not miss!

“Hidden champion!!! Great experience”
This restaurant is a real “hidden” champion. Hidden, because it is a little bit hard to find. But, if you found it, this is one of the greatest food experiences you can have. Very special Japanese cuisine, great chefs, stylish interior… We had a course meal with exciting, completely delicious dish...es. Even our little girl get her own child course meal. If you enjoy high level Japanese food, this is the right place for you. Besides the high quality level of the food, the whole team will take care of you. Perfect service, great team, new stylish location. Whenever I will be around Tokio (hopefully I will have the chance soon), for sure I will visit the restaurant again.

“Much needed gem in Kamakura”
Beautiful and thoughtful setting for exquisite food. Try the garden in the back or the cozy rooms upstairs. Food is exceptional and drinks selection is rather ample. A true high-end (though not stuff) must-go for a trip to Kamakura.

“A True Surprise!”
I do not review restaurants....most because I dine at a number of fine places, I simply have no time to review all (or any) of them. (I only write occasional hotel reviews instead.) However, this restaurant made me feel like I should make an exception. I was on vacation in Tokyo; my girl friend and ...I took an overnight onsen trip to Enoshima. My girl friend knows I enjoy fine Japanese dining (I have visited more than 100 soba restaurants in Japan so far) and she made a reservation at this restaurant for me. The restaurant is tucked in a small alley way. It might be a bit hard to find if you do not have Google map. From outside, it may look like an ordinary Japanese house. It has a small sign. Interior is very clean and neat, which completely fits my taste. What I liked most was the long wooden counter over the kitchen. I simply enjoyed watching chefs working quietly over the counter. We had a course meal. Even from the welcome dish, I immediately knew I'd love this restaurant. Neat, unpretentious, yet completely delicious. We did sake pairing, which was also perfect. The pleasant owner, Nakanishi-san, speaks good English and is well-knowledged in sake and wine. I usually do not recommend restaurants as people do have different tastes. Yet, for this one, I strongly urge you to seriously consider dine at least once. Whether you are a serious gourmet, Japanese food expert, interior design/ambiance oriented person, or even a bit over-weight burger savoring American, this is what I can guarantee: you will enjoy and remember this place among all the other places. I am visiting this place again next month.
