A culinary experience. Today’s first dish was a Russian Borsch decomposed into its primary ingredients and redeployed as a French beef tartare. Amazing concept and delicious in mouth. Last dish, the dessert trolley, was redesigned into an experience: you enter a micro cake shop and every single cake... being prepared in the most refined way is available on your plate. Terrific.
