Sushiyoshi

If you are looking for the real sushi experience, this is the place for you. Sushi Yoshi serves authentic Edo-style sushi in the Ginza area. I had the “Omakase” dinner at the sushi bar for 15,000yen (drinks are not included) which is basically a full course of the chef’s recommendations of the day. ...When you go, just say “Omakase, please” and tell them what you like and what you don’t like so they can give you one of the best selections of your favorite sushi. I had a few appetizers, assorted sashimi, many kinds of sushi and some sake. At the bar, the chef makes sushi and other dishes right in front of you. Watching the chefs work and communicating with them will also be another fun part of the experience. I would recommend making a reservation if you decide to go to Sushi Yoshi. The entrance is a bit hard to find but the inside of the restaurant is very comfortable. I promise you will have an enjoyable time there.
