We chose this bistro by accident and couldn’t have been any more fortunate. The ambiance is pleasant and tasteful, with a view of the trio of master chefs who seem wonderfully immersed in their craft behind the wooden counter. The head chef greeted us personally and asked us where we were from, whic...h made us feel really welcome. We chose the most inexpensive menu option but got highly luxurious treatment in return. The wine was absolutely divine and the food was delicious beyond words; we were served five courses in succession all of which were incredibly memorable. The ingredients were fresh and artisanal while the cooking was world class. We travel quite a bit in Asia and sample many restaurants, and we think that this bistro is the best food we’ve had. The chef personally bid us farewell at the end of our meal and we left the place with the satisfied bellies and grins on our faces.
