Kobegyu Matsusakaushi Ittogai Ginza Shabuki

From the English speaking tourist perspective- This restaurant is not good for someone with no experience with shabu shabu, or knowledge of the different meat grades. When you enter, you are greeted and immediately asked to choose your meal without any information on what the different choices are. ... Then you are seated. After we sat and had time to really look at the menu, we requested a change before the food was brought out, but were told it was too late. For the super expensive option, 50,000¥ per person, the beef is brought out in 2 separate courses. You also get a tray of vegetables and noodles along with different dipping sauces. You get a brief explanation of the different boiling waters and then are basically left on your own. If you are not familiar with the process of shabu shabu, this is not good. The amount of meat was overwhelming for me. Most importantly, the menu at the table, which is in Japanese, is almost half the price of the menu we were shown. They definitely appear to be capitalizing on tourists. I tried to upload a photo of the menu with the Google translation of the words, but it looks like Tripadvisor is not allowing it . Overall, I did not enjoy. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is nice. Wouldn’t recommend for tourists.

We didn't make booking for the dinner so it was full. We really wanted to try so we made booking online for the next day. We planned to have lunch time before flight. The restaurant environment was so great. All private rooms. We decided to have set instead of all-you-can-eat. We also chose ...shabu-shabu instead of sukiyaki. The set came with 20 kinds of vegetables and rare mushrooms; and champon noodles. The set has all Japan's three major Wagyu beef: Matsusaka beef, Kobe beef, and Omi beef. The meat portion was approximately 180g per person. We could compared which beef we preferred. The beef was so soft and tender. The veggies were fresh. It was a perfect lunch for us.

First time of Kobe beef experience in Tokyo, brilliant service and taste. Firstly, we tried all three sets and then we decided to go for the A4/A5 Wagyu sirloin set menu, which we think is worthy enough. Just book a table and enjoy

今日は、お母さんの誕生日でした！(^^)  「神戸牛・松阪牛一頭買い銀座しゃぶ輝」（並木通りからすぐ）  誕生日祝いディナーをしてきました～！   Happy Birthday for mom♪ we had a great time to got dinner at Ginza-shabuki      神戸牛・松坂牛・近江牛食べ比べしゃぶしゃぶセット7,000円（一人） （＋2,000円で食べ放題もできます。）   半個室でゆったりとお食事できました。 テーブルも、大理石かなあ？   天井も高く、開放的な空間で高級感があり落ち着きますね接待などにも向いてます。     生ビールと、パ...イナップルジュースで乾杯〜！   お母さん、誕生日おめでとうー！       しゃぶしゃぶ野菜　旬な野菜や珍しいキノコの20種類盛り合わせ       このコースは、お肉だけでなく   お野菜やキノコもたっぷりといただけてすごい嬉しいー！！     早速、新鮮な産直野菜盛り合わせをしゃぶしゃぶ〜！！！       白菜やレタス、黄ズッキーニ、オクラなど種類豊富でびっくりー！     3種類の、お店オリジナルのタレがあり嬉しいです。       さらに、バーニャカウダも一緒に楽しめちゃうー！     フレッシュな、紅芯大根を西京味噌のバーニャカウダーソースにつけてパクリっ。        ３大和牛（神戸牛・松坂牛・近江牛）盛り合わせ。     1人350gの豪華なお肉にびっくり～～！！ すご～～～い！      名物しゃぶ輝盛りー！！      なんて綺麗なお肉なのでしょうかー！！     まんなかから食べましたぁ       中央のタワー部分が松坂牛の、友バラ、トウガラシ、肩ロースと続き     この品質管理は、もはや感動レベルですよーぉぉぉー！     とーっても美味しーい さっとお湯に一瞬つけるだけで、さらっといただいてみました        まろやかーな肉の旨味が、しゃぶしゃぶのお湯に通した瞬間香ってきて、口へ入れると そのお肉が、とろけるようです。     この、ゴマだれ最高ーぅぅー！  食べるラー油も入れたら超美味しーい！      神戸牛、近江牛とそれぞれ甘み、肉のサシ、すべて楽しめて   幸せ〜！！！！      ちゃんぽん麺   シメに嬉しい、おうどんのような麺弾力があり、つるっとしていて喉越しも良く  かなーりおなかいっぱいでしたが2人で平らげましたぁー     ほんっとに豪華なコースで、凄かったー！           誕生日のデザートプレートのサプライズも大成功しましたーぁぁぁ(o^^o)   お店の方が、スパークした可愛いプレートを運んできてくれたよーぉ 花火もブラウニーに乗ってるー！       めっちゃお母さん、びっくりして喜んでいましたーっっ(o^^o)         やったやったあー   おめでとう〜！！&いつもほんとにありがとうねーん（╹◡╹）       すごい喜んでくれたよーぉぉぉ           しゃぶしゃぶ屋さんで、まさか デザートプレートでアニバーサリーが祝えるなんてとても意外でしたぁこれは嬉しいサービス     とても素敵な、思い出になりましたぁ        見事な霜降りのお肉をいっぱい堪能できて、とても美味しかったーぁ     ほんと幸せなしゃぶしゃぶdinnerでしたぁ      綺麗な店内で、いい雰囲気なのでデートにも超おすすめですよぉ～！！
