Gotochi Ryori Shokoku Himonoto

Definitely a place catered to the locals that want to get a meal and drink before heading home from the subway station. Seemed like everyone here was businessmen/salarymen. Menu was only in Japanese, so thank goodness for pictures. We got the impression they did not want foreigners to dine here.... Had to flag down someone to order. Chicken karaage was excellent. I got a set with fish cooked 3 ways, rice, miso and pickles. The gf got a set with a whole fish, which costed twice as much as my dish. Food was good. Service was average, especially for Japanese standards.
