This kurobuta katsu house offers a great tasty set of katsu with juicy, tender, and flavorful katsu coming with sauce. It is opposite another famous Rokurinsha noodle house with even longer queue line to reflect its popularity. Both are truly worth the waiting time and patience.

We wanted to eat ramen but every ramen restaurant at Tokyo Ramen Street was full, with long lunch time queues. Saw this restaurant nearby. Both the different tonkatsu sets we ordered were very good, very nice. The soup has a nice meaty broth texture & flavour. Definitely the best tonkatsu & soup tha...t we have tried so far in our trip.

Really excellent food, my husband said this was his favourite lunch of our whole trip. There was a queue to be seated but this was fairly fast moving.

The restaurant is in ramen alley, in Tokyo station. We went there to find ramen but very crowd every restaurant. So, we decided to go for Tonkatsu instead. We ordered 2 sets, pork filet and mixed one. The taste is average.

We found this place to be very good. We ate at a similar place that served this type of food in Kyoto. The one in Kyoto was better, but this was still very good. There was a line of locals to get in when we first arrived so that should tell you something. Though when we left, the place was pretty em...pty. So it must've been the lunch rush. If you are trying to find restaurant, it is near the restrooms.
