“Michelin starred meal easy on the pocket ”
We made reservations a day ahead with the help of our hotel concierge, chose the beef course lunch without asking about prices. The restaurant is hard to find without gps, the entrance is nondescript and no signboard in a small quiet side alley amongst residential cluster. Dining is in a small priv...ate room, this I didn’t like do much as it didn’t offer a view and can be quite claustrophobic but food if you want privacy and quiet conversation. Only two rooms were filled during the lunch hour we were there. Food is ok, clean fresh flavors not overly pretentious like other Michelin restaurants. Small menu, light meal we didn’t go away feeling 100% full. Our lunch course was under 3000yen/person which made this amazing value for such a place and quality of the food. Service is very warm and attentive. Printed menu offered in English

“True Japanese Treat!”
I was fortunate to get a private room with only a few days notice so I was excited to go to this Michelin Starred restaurant. Before starting the meal, I found some delicious sake that I was told would pare nicely with the nine courses that were about to come. Chilled and dry, just like I like it...! The next hour or so was delightful. Great food in a great setting. I will let my pictures do the talking. As you can see, the food was presented and looked amazing, and trust me, everything tasted as good as it looked. I actually liked the food here better than a Michelin Two Star I went to the following evening in Tokyo. Just telling like it is... Enjoy!

“Incredible Lunch- Best Miso soup I've ever had!”
We didn't make a reservation my husband is obsessed with eating at every Michelin Star restaurant and we were lucky enough to get a table. We ate here for lunch and it was so incredible. We got our own little room, our server was super sweet and the service was impeccable. The food was superb! I w...ill remember the miso soup for the rest of my life. I don't think anyone could come close to making better miso soup! The presentation of the food was perfect! I ate it all and loved every minute of it! The experience is one I'll remember forever and if I am ever lucky enough to make it back to Tokyo I'll make a reservation in advance for dinner!

“Impeccable Presentation”
This review should be prefaced by saying that for other people this could easily be a 5/5 rating type restaurant. I ate the 1800 yen set lunch, which is incredible value for a Michelin starred restaurant. The food was all very fresh and was presented in 2 wooden boxes and I can easily say that it wa...s the prettiest meal I have ever seen. That being said, you need to be willing to step outside your comfort zone here (I say this as a Western person). There are a lot of non-traditional items (again, speaking as a Westerner) like a gelatinous pork cube, or what appeared to be a raw snail...a rather large snail. Everything was very fresh, but really was not my cup of tea for the most part. However, the presentation was amazing and you are seated in a private room where you sit on the floor; it's truly a unique experience and for that reason is worth a visit. The cocktails were very good, and they have Orion beer on tap (an Okinawan beer which is very refreshing). At dinner they offer an izakaya menu of Okinawan fare but it will set you back around $50 minimum. Visit here having done the requisite research and you may really love it.

“very good value for money Michelin Star Okinawa lunch”
The restaurant is 5 minutes walk from Midtown Ritz Carlton. Down the slope, cross the traffic light and turn left. You can't find it from Google Map. Referred to the attached map for details. For less than 2000 yen, you can sample more than 15 types of food (of course in very small portion). Moreo...ver, they only serve you in a quiet and decent private room. Attached the lunch set picture. Must make reservation ahead.
