“Exellent Yakisoba”
I was walking down the mainstreet towards JR Nikko station at 4pm, after visiting the temples and shrines. Tired and hungry, I was searching for a place where I could sit down and enjoy a good meal (and probably a nice drink). I walked by a few yaki-tori food trucks, and was debating should I just s...ettle there or should I continue to search something nicer. I was glad I chose the latter. The "Open" sign on the door of this local Yakimen place was a big relief as I already saw other restaurants started to call the day at 4pm on the Sunday. I ordered one Yakimen, one Gyoza and one bottle of local Nikko sake. The taste and enjoyment was exactly the same you always dream to get in Japan. Staff was very friendly and spoke decent English. Locals came in for meal - which is always an indication of a good restaurant. Free wifi provided.

“Tasty Noodles”
Tasty yakisoba spot. I highly recommend the chefs recommendation which is spicy (especially by japan standards). Very good lunch!

“Charming restaurant”
We stopped here on our way back from a busy day at the lake, the staff welcomed us warmly and service was excellent. The udon noodle (house special) were amazing. The yakisoba also very tasty. Shame we had to rush to catch our bus, but hope to be back soon! Thank you.

“Great food at a great price!”
Nicely located restaurant and open for early dinner (a rarety in Nikko!). The yakisoba is very yummy and cheap. You can get a large portion if you want and it's still around 1,000. Super nice staff also and you can pay by card.
