“An amazing experience in a combination of the finest French ~ Japanese cuisine”
This place only seats 10 and booking are essential. Its only open evenings with exception of lunchtime on Saturday and Sunday. Its no smoking of course and features an incredible 2 man team ~ the ex "Caves de Tailevent" Japan head chef and the ex head of the same restaurant whom have teamed up. The ...quality of food is superb and flawless combining Japanese traditional ingredients with French cooking. Excellent seafood, wagyu and fantasies vegetable and salad dishes as well as beautiful quality of selection across the whole menu. This is a hidden gem and well worth a visit if in Tokyo. Just make you ring in advance as often is reserved a week or 2 ahead. One advantage of this place is light markups on wine and food keeping the cost reasonable at around JPY 6,500 ~ JPY 15,000 per head for a top end experience excluding wine
