SALLE A MANGER

This restaurant is to be avoided especially if you are a visitor as the owner will take advantage of you. I should have known issues may arise when he wanted to charge $80 just to make a reservation at his restaurant. We ordered a couple glasses of wine Chardonnay for me Sauvignon Blanc for my hus...band. When they poured my Chardonnay the wine was brown which indicates that the wine had gone bad. It was the end of the bottle and who know how long the wine had been opened as the restaurant wasn't busy. When I told the server the wine was bad she took it away and I asked for a glass of the wine my husband had which was fine. When we got the bill I saw that I had been charged for the bad Chardonnay that I sent back and never drank. When I disputed the charge with the owner he refused to reverse the charge saying he has no bad wine. He refused to reverse the charge. We definitely felt he took advantage of us because we were tourists. And the french food here is mediocre at best
