Incredible italian food! Misao, the chef, talks fluent italian and the food is 100% italian with all ingredients as pasta, parmesan, cold cuts…WOW!

“Small Italian and Outstanding”
Giancarlo was opened by the former head chef at ES in Ebisu, and the recent World Champion Italian pizza chef in Italy. Giancarlo delivers real Italian cuisine in their new home in Azubudai, and it is more than pizza. When departing ES, the chef and owner correctly brought some of his key team wit...h him. This small Italian restaurant delivers well and the service and atmosphere is wonderful. Small and warm. They have a small backroom which is perfect for six people, but book early, as it is in high demand. Great food, excellent wine selection without being to vast. I have eaten everything on the menu and have not be left wanting. Salute!
