“Bait and Switch Pricing Tactics”
Family went here based on a concierge recommendation. The final price was ridiculous because they keep trying to upsell individuals on packages (the first few pieces of which are great, but the rest are low quality), then they try to apply the pricier package to the entire group. Drinks are also s...imilarly pricy, and the glasses provided for water were laughable. The first time we have seen such deceitful business practices in Japan.

“Excellent vibe and experience!”
So fortunate to visit such a place with bunch of good friends for the first time in town. The Kobe beef is A MUST, while it may not be the only delightful thing you might enjoy in the experience (for you to explore) :p

“Great service, ambience and decor.”
This restaurant is decorated in a very nice conservative Japanese style with a soundtrack of traditional Japanese music playing in the background. The shabu shabu was very good. But the reason you come here is for the service. We were waited on by 3 very helpful waitresses that cooked our food and s...erved our drinks. They were more than happy to chat with us, or let us talk on our own without interrupting. They were very helpful and we all had a great time. Honestly, I was expecting a much different experience (dark lighting, sleazy girls, gaudy decorations), but I could not have been more wrong. If you don't mind paying the high price, I highly recommend this place for a group who wants to experience a restaurant with amazing ambience, good food, and the best service. Just be classy with the conversation gentlemen. They get enough x-rated questions from their local salaryman clientele.

“Great food great atmosphere”
Outstanding Ginza establishment. Great food and nice company, very comfortable and a unique Japanese experience welcoming to foreign guests. They presented us with a our names in Japanese calligraphy at the end of the dinner!

“Great food, better company”
I went with 5 friends, and we were joined by a rotating cast of lovely ladies who helped with the service. Nothing weird, nothing awkward - they were charming. The food was probably the best shabu shabu I have ever had. Great quality meat and nice drinks.
