“Wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy various meat dishes using Yamagata beef”
カウンター・テーブル席合わせても20席にも満たない小さなお店です。調理や給仕のスタッフも最小限に抑えられているように見受けられますが、その分接客が的確で丁寧。給仕された肉の部位や、その料理に合わせたワインを、絶妙なタイミングで給仕してくれます。個室は無いため他の客の話し声が聞こえるものの、耳障りという程でも無い、程よく質の良い環境で食事を楽しむことが出来ると思います。 山形牛の最高ランクの肉料理が主体のこのレストランは、メインディッシュの鉄板焼きを始め、ハンバーグやタタキ等、様々な肉料理を楽しめるように工夫が凝らされた料理が給仕されるのが特徴です。高級料理だけかと思ったら、庶民的な料理も給仕さ...れ、それだけでもとても親しみやすいレストランです。しかも下拵えも丁寧で、ミディアムレアでありながら柔らかで噛みやすく、濃厚な肉の味による至福のひと時を楽しむことが出来ます。さらに注目すべきところが器。多くが和テイストの陶器で、質もよく料理に合います。料理だけでなく食器の見た目も楽しむことができます。極上のひと時を過ごすことが出来るレストランで有ると思います。 This restaurant is very small, there are less than 20 seats. Although it seems that the staffs of cooking and serving are kept to minimum necessary, their customer services are perfect, very accurate and polite. They serve dishes and liquor such as wine at exquisite timing. In addition, they suggest wines that match the cuisines. Although there is no private room in this restaurant, the talk of other customers is not particularly harassing. You'll be able to enjoy your cuisines in moderately high quality environment. Yamagata beef of the highest rank is used for almost dishes. Those meat will be cooked not only in the main dish such as Teppanyaki or Steak, but also hamburgers and minced. Meat dishes with various ideas are served. You'll think that the fine cuisines are served at this restaurant, but popular dishes are also served. You'll find familiarity with it. Moreover, the preparation of any meat are very polite, all dish is easy to eat. In this restaurant, high quality eating utensils are used, many of them are traditional Japanese pottery. You'll enjoy to see not only the dishes but also eating utensils. You'll be able to spend in the moment of bliss!

“Delicious and classy. ”
Rarely is everybody happy with every dish when you dine with 2 couples. However Kato met the challenge. Wonderful Omakase with a heavy beef (wagyu) focus. Small and intimate with well marbled beef. Arrive a a few minutes early as the entrance is a little tough to find. Definitely would recommend and... return. Not recommended for the price sensitive diner!
