“Best A5 beef in Japan: a must for meat lovers”
Great beef, cooking and hospitality (check tablelog or google for more reviews/pics) It all starts with beef: great OMI Wagyu, cooked in all different ways and with the best seasoning/sauces (delicately seasoned or sauced, just the right amount) Expect different wagyu cuts raw, Yakiniku grilled..., and if you're lucky a Wagyu katsu sando :) in addition to light salads, kimchi and then desert. They also have a great red wine and Nihonshu (Sake) menu Seating: sit at the counter if you can (book directly or via pocket concierge) Great hospitality with Komiyama-San and team speaking good english and being very hospitable and welcoming, they even remembered us when we visited the second time (and remembered since our first visit that we were visiting Kyoto and asked us about that)
