“Molto Bene--Your Personal Italian Chef in Tokyo”
Fabio Spertino and his wife, Ayane, manage this small restaurant in the back streets of Ebisu. The food and service are superb. Fabio is from Piemonte where the locals take their food very seriously. For example, Fabio uses only the finest, delicate hazelnuts from his sister's farm in Piemonte an...d not the stronger tasting ones from Sicily. Tomatica changes their menu every night. They have a set menu and, for those who are hungry, an a la carte meat or poultry second course. This is the authentic Italy in Tokyo. I have known Fabio for over 15 years, and he and his food just keep getting better and better.

Is an exclusive place. With few tables, where chef Fabio is cocking only for you, very raffinate Italian food. Must reserve there is no menu and chef prepare few dishes very delicate.
“Truly Italian experience in the centre of Tokyo!”
This newly opened Italian 'trattoria' (casual style restaurant) offers authentic italian food (cooked by an italian chef with a long experience in Japan) at extremely reasonable prices. The atmosphere is excellent, you will feel like visiting a friend... I had a couple of dinners with friends from a...ll over the world and they all really loved it, many of them went back already. They will offer you a set menu, with the choice to add one more main if you like. Good wine offering too.
