If you can eat cooked eels and if you stay in the central or east of Tokyo now, you must visit this restaurant. I don't have a great love for cooked eels, but I love cooked eels the master of this restaurant served. I believe I only have to come to this restaurant, when I want to eat a Unagi(a cook...ed eel) each time. I find that all factors are perfect in a box of Una-jyu(cooked eel & rice) always, when I visit this restaurant. A classical flavor is based on Tokyo soy sauce. You can feel that it's cooked just right from this perfect tenderness. (The cooked eels are steamed first, then it are roasted very carefully.) Finally, the cooked eels deal fairly very well with their steamed rice. Also the master of this restaurant is very funny guy, though I'm not sure if he can speak English. Anyway you should say "hello" for him, when you visit here.
