お酒を作っている行程を分かりやすく説明してくれました。店内ではガラス越しにお酒作りの様子も見ることが出来ました。しかし、肝心のお酒自体は物足りなかったです。まだまだ発展途上のようなので、またしばらくしたら行ってみたいです！ A clerk explained about how to make Japanese sake and the history of this restaurant. And you can watch the manufacturing process through the glass. But the taste wasn't good enough for m...e. I expect it's improving the next time I'm coming.
