“Interesting and fun ”
We sat at the bar and our service was excellent and fun. Great atmosphere and decor. All kinds of interesting nouveau cuisine dishes. We booked online with pocket concierge.

“Great interior design, even better food!”
Very nice interior design, but even better food. Modern Japanese, top ingredients extraordinarily well prepared. Great sake card & advice. try to eat at the counter, it is a wonderful experience.

“Delicious meal in elegant, modern space”
This was a beautiful restaurant, and I would have enjoyed dining here even if the food wasn't great. But the food was very good, as was the service. We had seats at the counter and could see the care and precision with which the food was prepared and expedited. We opted for the tasting menu with win...e pairing, which was plenty without being too much. Tip: We were staying in an airbnb and making reservations here was difficult, as we did so online and the website did not have an English version. If you are staying in a hotel, have the concierge make reservations for you!

“Excellent modern Japanese food”
My partner & I went here for my birthday and it was a lovely experience. It's a bit tricky to find, but once you're there it is very beautiful and calm. We were sat at the counter overlooking the open kitchen, and one of the chefs was also our waiter/sake recommender (luckily his English was bette...r than my Japanese). We had the 4 course menu, which was really more like 6 courses once they added in a couple of amuse bouches, and each course was lovely, both to look at and to eat. We had paired sakes which our waiter talked us through. I really cannot fault the food or the experience. Only thing I would say is, if you're looking for an 'authentic' Japanese experi4ence this might not be it: almost everyone in the night we went was gaijin.

“Chef's special was excellent”
We had been recommended to try this restaurant and took a taxi from our hotel. When we were dropped we were not certain we were in the right place as the restaurant looks a bit like a concrete bunker.. :). We had booked but they were busy so we had to have a drink in the bar whilst we waited. Not a ...trial! Once setaed service was excellent and the food was very good.. We were surprised by the bill, however, as it included a fixed gratuity, as well as tax, as we had been accustomed to not tipping. A good one off experience..
