Kanzenkoshitsu Yakiniku Gyu

We wandered off into Gyu without knowing much aside from the fact that they served the famous wagyu meat we hear so much about over in Europe. We were welcomed by Risa, a young yet extremely professional waiter who was going to be our faithful guide throughout the next few hours in wagyu paradise.... We were showed into a room for two with a table that had a small grill carved into the middle of the table. And right from the get-go we were in the best of hands with Risa, who had everything under control, putting many of the delicious courses together. The beef tongue for example - she fried quickly over the grill - then wrapped it in foil and let it boil away for some time untill she returned and cut it into delicious slices and used these as beef in a tiny, yet incredibly taste burger. And so it went on for 15 courses untill we went off into the beautiful Tokyo evening with happy smiles on our faces :) We were so grateful for the experience at Gyu and for having such a professional guide from A-Z in Risa. Thank you! Cant recommend it enough.
